★ 14 Days to Request Return
We offer a strict 14-day return policy.
You have exactly fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your item was delivered to initiate and ship your return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we will not be able to offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances. Your 14-day return window is set according to the delivery date provided by the carrier’s tracking details.
For example: UPS says your package was delivered on October 14, 2026.
Start Date: Day 1 begins on October 14 (the day the package arrived).
Counting Days: Adding 14 calendar days lands on October 28.
In this example, the return should be shipped on or before October 28.
★ Condition of Items for Return
Your item must be returned in sellable condition, with original packaging which includes:
- It must be completely unused.
- It must be in the original, undamaged manufacturing packaging.
- All original labels, seals, and manuals must be included.
- All parts must be included, unbroken and unmarked.
- Order receipt or packing slip required.
We carefully monitor returns, and we reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of use or damage. In some cases, returns or exchanges may be limited or declined.
★ Return Shipping Costs
You are solely responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit back to our facility.
★ Return Processing
All approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Approved returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt but may take up to 30 business days.
★ Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and final sale:
- Any and all printed materials – however, we welcome you to request an exchange within the 14-day return period.
Under any and all circumstances, please reach out to us with any concerns or displeasure you may have with any item you receive from us.
★ Refund Timelines
Once your return is processed by Once Upon A Promo, refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit cards: 3–5 business days
- Debit cards: 5–7 business days
- ACH Transfers: 2–3 business days
In general, returns may take up to 30 days to be fully processed and refunded back to the original payment method. The status of your return will always be made available to you throughout the process.
